Be gentle with yourself, my darling. There’s no need for all this pressure. You’re doing great, life is getting better by the moment, and, in reality, you have no problems. That nagging feeling of guilt or worry that stops you in your path- that feeling is bullshit. Feel a new feeling. You can choose to do that right now. Give it a shot.
